One billing draft.

This walkthrough explains the intended experience. The local Python prototype separately tests delivery, retries and duplicate handling; vendor integrations are still in development.

THE APPROACH

You set the rules.
The workflow follows.

Start with one costly handoff. Build a repeatable pattern, then expand when the evidence supports it.

01

Map the handoff.

Describe the outcome and systems. Approved metadata helps turn objects and fields into a draft plan.

02

Resolve the decisions.

Confirm who owns each field, how customers match, and what should wait for review. Keep those choices with the plan.

03

Prove it before release.

Test mapping, duplicates and exceptions. Production rollout follows sandbox evidence and an approved release policy.

A focused first pilot.

One workflow. Two systems. Draft billing records. An agreed acceptance checklist. Scope and pricing follow discovery; no payment is taken in this preview.

START WITH YOUR BASELINE

What does the
handoff cost today?

Count the copying, checking and chasing. Use your own figures to decide whether a focused pilot is worth exploring.

Illustrative starting figures. Change them to match your team. This calculation stays in your browser.

YOUR CURRENT MONTHLY EFFORT8.3 hours

£333 in manual work

100 handoffs × 5 minutes ÷ 60 × £40/hour.

This estimates existing effort, not guaranteed savings or our price. A pilot measures how much work can actually be removed, including exceptions and support.

CUSTOMER CONTEXT

One customer.
The useful details.

Try the read-only assistant with a fictional company. Ask about overdue invoices, opportunities or support, and inspect the source results.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Start with the
handoff that hurts.

Leave with a draft you can use: systems, outcome, outstanding decisions and a clear next step. Creating a brief does not connect or change your systems.

01 / YOUR WORKFLOW

Account required. System names and workflow descriptions only. Keep passwords, tokens and customer records out.

02 / YOUR PLAN

From idea to
a clear next step.

  • ✓ Capture the systems and outcome
  • ✓ Surface unresolved business decisions
  • ✓ Download your working brief

The latest brief is saved to your session and removed on logout. Pilot submission is a separate optional step below; nothing is submitted for review automatically.

BUILT WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Trust starts
with the details.

Integrate Your Systems is in development. Here is what you can explore today, and what comes next.

TRY TODAY

A working fictional demo

Account-gated fictional chat, draft onboarding and automated local tests for delivery, duplicates and recovery.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Real systems, verified end to end

Salesforce and HubSpot metadata clients have fixture tests. Production connectors and customer permissions still need verification. The fictional demo is hosted on Google Cloud. No production-verified connectors yet.

YOUR CONTROL

Scoped access. Explicit decisions.

Use delegated access, not shared admin passwords. Source queries, operational records and logs still process data; their access and retention need an agreed policy.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
connect.

What is included in the first workflow?

The proposed pilot covers one directed workflow between two systems, a bounded field mapping and agreed acceptance tests. Start with draft billing records. Historical migration, invoice finalisation and complex accounting are outside the initial scope.

Do I need to replace my existing tools?

The aim is to connect existing tools through their APIs. Compatibility depends on your platform editions, API access and workflow. It is confirmed before a delivery commitment.

How much will it cost?

The proposed service combines a fixed implementation scope with an ongoing managed-service fee. Pilot pricing depends on verified scope and operating costs. This preview does not take payment or promise an unverified delivery date.

Who is behind Integrate Your Systems?

Aidan Brewis founded the project, drawing on enterprise systems experience across Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora and HubSpot. This is a new business in prelaunch development.

LET’S MAKE THE SCOPE CLEAR

One useful
conversation first.

Tell Aidan which two systems are involved, what the handoff should achieve, and what keeps going wrong. No demo account is needed.

WHAT WE DEFINE TOGETHER
  1. The outcomeOne direction, two systems, approved fields and clear exceptions.
  2. The proofSandbox acceptance cases, duplicate protection and a controlled release plan.
  3. The operating agreementScope, pricing, support, data handling and who approves changes.

Pilot availability follows compatibility and readiness checks. Please share system names and process descriptions only; keep credentials and customer records out of email.

YOUR DEMO ACCOUNT

Try your first
five questions.

Account credentials are checked by the server. This preview never connects real customer systems.

Use 12–128 characters. For disposable local accounts, use a password you do not use anywhere else.

By continuing you acknowledge this is a prelaunch demo. Read about data processing.

ACCOUNT PRIVACY

Delete your
demo account.

This permanently removes your sign-in account, message allowance, all sessions, saved briefs and any submitted pilot request. A temporary hashed security receipt prevents old requests recreating your account. Google operational logs follow their retention policy.

If deletion is interrupted, keep this browser open and retry. You can also contact Aidan for help.
